From the moment you walk in at least 2 staff members greet you with a very energetic HEY GUYS or something along the lines. Very warm! The facility is always clean and I think in the year I’ve trained here I’ve only seen 2 out of order notices on equipment. The classes are great fun, especially Kath in body step! Sprint is another fave, the instructor (I can’t remember her name- blonde hair) is awesome and always really encouraging. There is ample benches available and a great indoor circuit area which I use to set up my own workouts. Not often do you get a gym with such a huge open space. I feel this gym is great value for money. I highly recommend World Gym for anyone from a first gym goer or an experienced cloud. They are ticking all the boxes! 💪🏻 ~ Zoe C

What a fantastic super fast/simple rego for a one day pass, thank you! The girl at the front desk this morning (6 Apr 2021) was so genuinely friendly and efficient. We only wanted a day pass and assumed we’d get long forms to complete but she whipped out two iPads (instantly halved the checkin time for 2 ppl) with a process that took less than a minute, yessss why doesn’t everyone do this! Amazing thank you, won’t go anywhere else when back in town. The gym has plenty of space and equipment- I found everything I needed in the obvious places in a few minutes. Cool music playing, heaps of space and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended. ~ Judy K

What a refreshing experience it was to train at Fitness Cartel Tweed Heads. The front of house staff were genuinely and sincerely friendly and engaging, and made my experience so enjoyable. I trained here about 3 years ago and in that time the staff and gym culture has remained consistently good and significantly better than the very low industry standard, obviously different staff but same culture. MASSIVE well done to Elukkah and Ellie - I came back for a 2nd casual this trip solely because of your great service! ~ Daniel M

I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and since the rebranding to fitness cartel it has become my second home. I love the environment as well as the staff and team. I have never met one nasty person here. People including staff and members are always happy to help and the owners Grace and Nathan are some of the nicest down to earth people I have ever met. Checking out the negative reviews on here and I have no idea what these people have to complain about! Equipment in this gym is unreal, always clean, very well maintained. Can tell the owners invest a lot back into the place. Haven’t been to any of the classes myself but given how busy they always seem to be they must be pretty good!! Want to get fit? Get huge? Become a human cloud? This is the place for you. World gym, or as I like to call it “the lifting emporium” has all the classes and equipment you’ll need! I don’t even know what some of the stuff does, but people seem to use it and that’s what matters. Also, it’s air conditioned if you’re weak and don’t like getting heat conditioning. ~ Nick K

I have just signed up at Fitness Cartel in Tweed Heads, Blake on reception was so friendly and helpful and Dane was exceptional in chatting about what I was looking for and showing me through the facilities. The facilities, staff, trainers, equipment and products sold here are awesome. Since joining up here i have pushed myself beyond my limits which Dwayne and the overall vibe in there has helped me achieve. Court also makes the best shakes. ; ) Parking is a little tight at peak times but so is everywhere else these days. ~ Aaron D

signed up about 2 months ago and i am loving it. The gym is huge and there is alot of space and machines to work out on without having to wait your turn. The staff is friendly and always greet when you come in the door. All the machines are new aswell such a good gym. ~ BAZZ

Great facilities, all the equipment you could ask for and I’ve gotten heaps bigger since I started lifting World Gym Tweed Head’s iron. Would recommend the hulk bulk after a good lift for maximum pump. ~ Jaden W

By far the best gym in the tweed area, have tried all the gyms around here and the vibe is just unmatched! Clean, plenty of equipment and a WIDE variety of classes plus it has crèche which is a massive bonus as most don’t offer crèche around tweed ~ Andrew S
